Notes
- The usage validity of FREE BONUS will be 30days after SIM activation. Free talk time is for On-net Use only
- For postpaid connection, Package price comprises of SIM price & security deposit.
- Minimum security deposit is Tk 500 and can be enhanced upto Tk. 7000. On closing time, security deposit will be returned after reconciling the bill.

As per BTRC's guideline, the following documents are required before availing Teletalk connections:
1. A letter from the interested Company (in letter Head Pad) whether for corporate prepaid/postpaid connection, addressing:

[Note: In the letter it must be clearly mentioned the type and the quantity of the connection (prepaid or postpaid) and must authorize a person of your company to take the responsibility of corporate group biometric verification.
2. Copy of Trade License, TIN,BIN, Tax return certificate (If any), NGO registration certificate from NGO Bureau PMO (For NGO only), RGSC certificate or other legal document of the entity.
3. NID/Smart Card copy of the authorized person for Bio Metric Registration
4. Two (02) copy color Passport size photo of the authorized person & one (01) copy color Passport size photo who represents the entity (i.e.; CEO/Proprietor/MD etc.)
5. For postpaid connections minimum BDT. 500 deposit per connection.
