Instead of Boring Tring Tring tones, you can now activate Teletune ring back tone service to make your callers listen to Good and melodious tunes every time they call. You can subscribe to Teletune service through SMS, IVR, USSD and WEB.

Activation

• SMS:
  • Go to the message option & type
  • ToneCode and send to 5000

You can activate the service without sending any code through below SMS:

• Type START and Send to 5000

After that, you can download any song as per regular process.
SMS Charge: Free

• IVR:
  • Dial 5000 and follow the DTMF
• USSD:
  • Dial *5000# and choose a songs from any category and confirm.
• WEB:
  • visit http://myteletune.teletalk.com.bd
• CCC GUI:
  • You can also activate Tele Tune services from CCC GUI with the help of Teletalk Customer Care agents.

Deactivation

• SMS
  • Go to the message option & type
  • Type STOP and Send to 5000
• IVR:
  • Dial 5000 and Go to Manage account and follow the DTMF
  • Type STOP and Send to 5000
• USSD:
  • Dial *5000# and go to Manage Account and choose unsubscription option and confirm.
  • Type STOP and Send to 5000
• WEB:
  • visit: http://myteletune.teletalk.com.bd
• CCC GUI:
  • You can also deactivate Tele Tune services from CCC GUI with the help of Teletalk Customer Care agents.

How charging will happen for Teletune?

At the time of first time subscription and for renewal system will try to charge monthly subscription amount. If monthly charging is not possible, then based on the balance amount Fortnightly/Weekly/Daily charging is attempted.
